GENERAL

The following general terms and conditions apply to all services, sales and contracts between the AVRA Kosmetik Studio and the customers of the studio.

All transactions, services and contracts from AVRA Kosmetik Studio are disclosed and communicated openly for the sake of transparency. If a change is not disclosed in writing, the changes (prices or content) will be notified prior to any service, sale, or contract.

APPOINTMENT
All appointments from the cosmetic studio are binding. These can take place in written or oral form. Appointments made by e-mail, contact form or the booking tool are also binding.

POSTPONEMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the customer is unable to keep the appointment (cancellation or postponement), the appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance in writing or by cancellation in the online tool. If the 24 hours are not respected, the studio reserves the right to charge the full amount of the relevant treatment.

DELAYS

As mentioned above, all deadlines are binding and should be adhered to as agreed. If the customer is up to 15 minutes late for an appointment, the studio reserves the right to deduct the corresponding delay from the treatment. If the customer is 30 minutes or more late for the appointment, the treatment will not be carried out and the full treatment amount will be charged to the customer.  

 

 

WARDROBE

No liability is assumed for the cloakroom. Every customer is responsible for their own wardrobe and valuables.
